Train Hard!Florida is currently the home of a number of top ranked Strongman athletes. Congratulations to all of Florida's NAS Strongmen who competed at the NAS Nationals this year! Train Hard! Sorry for the runaround on the date. The show will, God willing, be held on March 7th of 2009. There were some scheduling conflicts on the 14th and 21st so March 7th was the only date that would work for NAS, ASC and myself. for the 2009 NAS Florida Strongman Championships will begin at my home
on Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., January 10th, 2009. Everyone
is welcome to come and train. A few rules: keep the language clean,
bring a towel, bring your own water/drinks, etc.. Oh yeah,
probably a good idea to talk less and train harder. Training time will
be from 10:30 to 1:00.
There are several other "training crews" in Florida. Those that come to mind include Lakeland, Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, Pensacola and Gainesville. Tom Roman may be having some Saturday training in Clearwater at his home but you will need to contact him at 727-736-2515 for details.
